Abstract: Geyuan is a company engaged in the city planning and design company in a period of rapid development, because the post technical assistant staff vacancies, leading to the company operation and management process is not smooth, urgent. The company currently has approximately two selected , Liu and Xu each has advantages and disadvantages. The general manager of the company is hesitant for this personnel problem how to make decision. The case description technical assistant positions inside, external recruitment in the Geyuan company, different opinions on the post technical assistant for senior managers, and the general manager hesitation and consideration for the personnel decision.
